• How long is Camp STEAM?
Camp STEAM: Play & Learn, is a half-day option for our youngest campers and is open Monday - Friday and runs from 9:00AM - 1:00PM
Camp STEAM, for our older campers, is open Monday - Friday and runs from 9:00AM - 3:00PM
The STEAM Team, of course! Camp STEAM is run by three teaching professionals (and our fabulous counselors!) with a combined 30+ years experience working with kids and adolescents in preschool, elementary, and middle school. Find out more about each of us here!
• Who runs Camp STEAM?
• Will the entire group (ages 5 - 11) be together or are the younger children separated out?
Our camp is all ages (5-11). We have multiple adults on staff at all times. Though we will break off into smaller groups based on age during some of the activities, the majority of our day is spent as a whole. We believe that kids of multiple ages can learn from each other and we encourage teamwork and mentorship.
• Is before and after care available?
After care is available for 1 hour after (full-day of) camp (4:00PM). You may select this option during registration for an additional fee. At this time we are unable to offer before care.
• How should my child dress for camp?
In play clothes! We are experts at messy fun so please dress you child in clothes that can get dirty!
• VNSO Park is huge! Where in the park is Camp STEAM located?
We are located on the campus of the Sherman Oaks Cooperative Preschool. The campus is near the soccer fields and is completely fenced in. Attendees will be given a map and instructions on how to find camp.

Camp STEAM (Full Day): $550 per week
This includes a $100 non-refundable supply fee, all activities & projects, camp swag, and a snack. (Campers bring their own lunches.) Sibling discounts are available at registration. We also offer a limited number of scholarships each week.
